Talk to Us.However Suits You.
Walk into the Penrith office, have us come to your kitchen table, book a call, or just email us the numbers and we will write back. There is no wrong way to start, and none of it touches your credit file.
Prefer to write? Email Joe directly. Rough numbers are enough to get a useful answer back.

However You Want to Do This
Some people want to sit across a desk. Some want us at their kitchen table on a Tuesday evening. Some just want to send the numbers and get an answer back. All of it works.
At the Henry St Office
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Bring the contract, the listing, or nothing at all. Parramatta and Sydney CBD are available by appointment if either is easier for you.
At Your Kitchen Table or Your Work
We visit clients at home or at their workplace right across the area, including evenings where that is the only time you and your partner are both free.
By Phone or Video
Most of an application runs this way now, whichever way the first conversation happened. Documents are shared securely and you are never chasing a branch appointment to sign something.
Just Email Us the Scenario
More people do this than you would think, and it works. Send what you know to joe@intellectfinance.com.au and we will come back to you in writing. Helpful to include:
- Rough income and how it is earned
- Deposit or equity available
- Existing debts and card limits
- What you are trying to buy or do
You do not need documents to start, and estimates are fine. If we need something specific we will ask for that one thing rather than sending you a checklist.
Not Sure Where to Start?
Fifteen minutes on the phone will tell you.Where We Are
Three Offices, One Team
Penrith is the office you can walk into. The other two are there so you do not have to cross the city to sign something.
Suite 2/86 Henry St, Penrith NSW 2750
Our head office and the base for the whole team. Walk in, or book a time and we will have your file open when you arrive. Street parking on Henry St, and Penrith station is a short walk away.
Both are booked through the same number and the same calendar. Phone 1800 733 000 or email Joe and we will meet you at whichever is easiest.
Reach
Penrith Based. Clients in Every State.
You do not need to live near an office to work with us. Intellect Finance is licensed to arrange finance anywhere in Australia, and we settle loans in every state and territory.
Lending is national. Documents are signed electronically, valuations are ordered remotely, and lender assessment happens in a processing centre rather than a branch. Where you live changes which lenders suit your situation, because policy differs by postcode, property type and state. It does not change whether we can act for you.
If you are overseas, email is usually the easiest way to reach us, since 1800 numbers cannot be dialled from outside Australia. Send us a time zone that works and we will call you.

Questions Answered
Before You Get in Touch
The things people usually want to know before they pick up the phone.
How do I get in touch with Intellect Finance?
Call 1800 733 000 during business hours, email joe@intellectfinance.com.au, or book a time directly through our online calendar. You can also walk into the Penrith office Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm without an appointment. Parramatta and Sydney CBD are available by appointment.
Can I just email you my situation instead of booking a call?
Yes, and a lot of people do. Send the numbers you have to joe@intellectfinance.com.au and we will come back to you in writing. Rough figures are fine. You do not need documents, and nothing you send triggers a credit check or an application.
Do you visit clients at home or at work?
Yes. We meet clients at home or at their workplace across Sydney and the surrounding regions, including evenings where that is the only time both partners are free. It is often the easiest option when there are two people on the application and separate work schedules.
Do you only work with clients near Penrith?
No. Penrith is our head office, but we work with clients across every state and territory. Most of the process runs by phone, email and video, and documents are signed electronically. Where you live affects which lenders suit you, not whether we can act for you.
Do I need to bring anything to a first meeting?
No. Bring a contract or a listing if you have one, but nothing is required. The first conversation is about your income, your deposit or equity, your timeline and what you are trying to do. Documents come later, once you know which lender fits.
Will contacting you affect my credit file?
No. A conversation, an email or a meeting leaves no mark on your credit file. Nothing is lodged with any lender until you have seen your options and told us which lender to approach. That is deliberate, because unnecessary enquiries can affect later applications.
What are your office hours?
The Penrith office is staffed Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We take calls and meetings outside those hours by arrangement, including evenings, which is often necessary for clients who cannot step away during the working day.
What does Intellect Finance charge?
Nothing. We do not charge the borrower a fee on any loan type, and we do not charge a clawback fee if you discharge the loan early. Lenders pay a commission on settlement, disclosed to you in writing in our Credit Guide before any work begins.
